Javier has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, primarily working in residential and hotel investment.
Before moving to Lisbon in 2015, he was the managing partner at Core Real Estate in Barcelona and later at Magnus Kern. He has been involved in significant hotel investment operations in Lisbon and Porto since 2015.
Javier has also managed and co-invested in various real estate investment projects in Lisbon and Barcelona.
With a background in technical textile engineering, he began his career in that industry until 2002, when he completely shifted his professional focus and reoriented his career towards real estate, enhancing his skills at the best business schools in Spain.
