Liberdade Capital´s current team was responsible for idealising, structuring, and setting up two vehicles for a client, in the telco and renewable site aggregation businesses, and we bought and operated a small solar park development vehicle for another client.
Recently, Liberdade Capital has advised one client in the set-up of a C&I self-consumption development company in Portugal, along with Octopus Energy Generation. As a result, SparkWave Energy was incorporated. This vehicle will be responsible for the installation of over 50 projects and 150MWp by 2027.
