Liberdade Capital advised RE Capital, a privately owned, Pan-European property investment, asset and development management business, on the acquisition of Golf Cabanas, formerly part of the Eleanor Portfolio. The Eleanor Portfolio includes a selection of prime development sites across Lisbon and the Algarve, Portugal’s top tourist region.

The Cabanas Golf project, located in Oeiras, Portugal’s richest municipality, merges innovative residential options and touristic apartments, offering varied co-living arrangements and potential for alternate uses.

Highlights of the Project:

• Total Gross Construction Area (GCA): approximately 82,000 sqm
• Number of Plots: 11
• Combination of Residential Units and Touristic Apartments: 1,047 in total.
